Description
The short track to the Stary Staw lake is surrounded by grassland and some forest. strakoš veľký can be seen here. From the observation tower are good views of the lake where orliak morský, žeriav popolavý, labuť spevavá, potápač veľký and hlaholka severská can be seen. Other wildlife is often present including Wild Boar.

Access
Take the 439 towards Niezgoda and turn left (north) at the crossroads. Follow the narrow road north and around a bend. Coming out of the bend take the left fork onto a gravel track. Follow the track to a wooden notice board at the edge of the forest and park on the grass off the track. Click on the P in the map to get directions.
