Description
Skaryszewski Park is located in the Praga district on the right bank of Vistula River. It occupies 58 hectares and has wide alleys, lakes, lawns, old trees and landscaped flowerbeds. The elongated Kamionkowskie lake is the biggest lake in the park and attracts waterfowl. Among the birds you can spot in Skaryszewski Park are ďateľ veľký, ďateľ prostredný, ďateľ hnedkavý, brhlík obyčajný, čajka smejivá, čajka sivá, rybár riečny, kačica divá, labuť veľká, potápač veľký, kačička obojková and kačička mandarínska.

Skaryszewski Park is located in the Praga of Warsaw. Easy accessible by public transport: By metro (M2 line): Stadion Narodowy stop (requires about 10-minute walk, 1 km to Kamionkowskie Lake). By tram (lines no. 7, 9, 22, 24, 25): Rondo Waszyngtona stop (requires a few minutes walk). By bus (lines no. 102, 111, 117, 158, 166, 507, 517, 521): Rondo Waszyngtona stop (requires a few minutes walk).
By car: you can look for a free parking spot in the area of Aleja Zieleniecka Street, Aleja Waszyngtona Street or Grochowska Street.
