Description

The Desembocadura del Arroyo Mburicao is the mouth of the Mburicao stream where it flows into the Paraguay River. From the footpath that runs parallel to the Avenida Costanera Norte you have a good view of the area. Because the road and the footpath are somewhat higher you can look into the area from above. It is also handy that there are many benches along the footpath that are nice to sit if you scan the area with a spotting scope. Birds that are common to observe include Black-necked Stilt, Wattled Jacana, Pectoral Sandpiper, Southern Lapwing, Bare-faced Ibis, Collared Plover, Large-billed Tern, Snowy Egret and Crested Caracara.
