The entire coastline in Nord-Troms is attractive for birdwatching. For example, the coast of the island of Kågen. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so it is easily accessible. Kågen lies between the Kvænangen fjord (to the east) and the Lyngen fjord to the west. Drive the coastal road in this region on a clear day with little wind and these birds are unmissable in early spring.
