At the Bergse Diepsluis from the parking lot and the information column on the dike you have a beautiful view of the area. In the spring and summer there is a chance to see birds such as slávik modrák, stehlík konôpka, kalužiak červenonohý, šabliarka modronohá, trasochvost biely and cibík chochlatý. In the winter months, groups of waterfowl hibernate here, such as hus bieločelá, bernikľa bielolíca, kačica hvizdárka, kačica lyžičiarka and hvizdák veľký. From the dike you walk towards the west. Along the Oosterschelde you have a chance of potápač prostredný, ľabtuška skalná, lastúrničiar strakatý and kamenár strakatý.

Vanaf de parkeerplaats en de informatiezuil op de dijk heb je prachtig uitzicht over het gebied. In de lente en zomer kans op onder meer slávik modrák, stehlík konôpka, kalužiak červenonohý, šabliarka modronohá, trasochvost biely en cibík chochlatý. Parking is possible next to the dike (see map, click on the P for directions). The route can be done on foot or by bicycle. This location is also very suitable for visitors in a wheelchair. There are no sanitary facilities or catering facilities in the immediate vicinity.
