The source of Sorgenti della Santissima feeds, together with the springs of Molinetto and the Gorgazzo, the Livenza river. Around the spring there are some buildings and some nature trails along walkways and the church of the Holy Trinity, since ancient times a place linked to the cult of spring water and fertility.

Italiano: Fonte perenne che scaturisce dal massiccio calcareo delle Prealpi del Cansiglio. Vi nasce il fiume Livenza, in uno scenario di impareggiabile bellezza. La sorgente della Santissima, nel comune di Polcenigo, è una delle principali sorgenti del Livenza, insieme a quella del Molinetto e del Gorgazzo. La sorgente è una fonte perenne e scaturisce dal massiccio calcareo delle Prealpi del Cansiglio; l'emergenza avviene in un'area talmente ristretta, che sembra quasi che le numerose polle si riuniscano in una sola grande bocca. L'acqua che sgorga vivace lungo una linea semicircolare, si raccoglie subito a dar vita al fiume.

Access
The springs of the Santissima and Gorgazzo are located in Polcenigo, a village in the Pedemontana Pordenonese. Parking is convenient and free and the spring can be reached with a very short walk.
