Description
The harbour has a long established herd of labuť veľká which are regularly fed by passers-by. This in turn attracts a significant number of gulls into the harbour, as well as a wintering flock of kamenár strakatý. In summer, čajka trojprstá from the nearby breeding colonies on Bray Head use the area for bathing and loafing.
ľabtuška skalná can give good views along the pier, while auks such as alka vrúbkozobá and norec tenkozobý are regular offshore. During autumn and winter storms, large numbers of čajka malá can be seen passing by, with some resting in the harbour.
This site has been relaible wintering site for čajka obrúčkozobá in recent years, which roosts in the harbour, or can be seen foraging along the Promenade south of the harbour.

Access
Easily accessible by train and bus, with Bray Station only 10 minutes walk away. There is a small car park at the harbour itself.
