Various hiking trails lead from Camping Lackenhauser into the woods. Many birds can be seen both on the campsite and in the woods and fields around the campsite. Surprisingly nice species! Among the many birds you can see here are kanárik poľný, krivonos smrekový, Včelár lesný, stehlík čížik and different birds of prey.

Access
Parking on the camping 'Lackenhauser' or in the surrounding area. Click on the P in the map for directions. Be sure to walk from the campsite along the river Gegenbach towards the Austrian border. During this beautiful walk, especially look up for Včelár lesný, myšiak hôrny and haja červená.The circular walk indicated on the map is about 2 km.
