And you can also find several species of geese like hus divá, hus bieločelá, hus tundrová and at the narrow fields you can see hus tundrová, bernikľa červenokrká and bernikľa bielolíca. In winter you can also find some labuť spevavá, labuť malá and all year around many labuť veľká.
In spring and autumn many limicoles visit Bärenbrücker Teiche. Waders such as šabliarka modronohá, kulík bledý, cibík chochlatý, kulík piesočný, kulík riečný, brehár hrdzavý, pobrežník hrdzavý, bojovník bahenný, pobrežník krivozobý, pobrežník sivý, pobrežník čiernozobý, pobrežník malý and močiarnica mekotavá.

Access
Bärenbrücker Teiche is located 15 km northeast of the city of Cottbus and immediately north of the village of Bärenbrück. From Dorfstraße you can drive with car or bike to a little road between Unterteich and Streckteich. At the middle of the little road is a little spot were you can parc your car. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking spot. From there another little path leads to the Unterteich where most birds can be observed.
