Wetland area with a quiet pond with a couple of observation platforms.
Marais de Poisy is a low marsh that is one of the last extensive wetlands in the Annecy region. Good place for water birds, herons and raptors in the nearby fields. Among the birds you can see are rybárik riečny, lyska čierna, chriašteľ vodný, ďateľ veľký, haja tmavá, volavka popolavá and oriešok obyčajný.

Français: Ce bas-marais alcalin constitue l'une des dernières zones humides étendues de la région annécienne et de l'avant-pays savoyard. Bon endroit pour les oiseaux aquatiques, les hérons et les rapaces dans les champs voisins.
Marais de Poisy is located to the northwest of Annecy, near the village of Poisy. Cycling is the best way to get there. If you go by car you can park at the sport fields. Click on the P in the map for directions. You can visit the observation platforms, but you can also walk around the marsh (1,6 km).
