This large pond is home to nice nesting species as hrdzavka potápavá, chochlačka sivá, chochlačka vrkočatá, kačica chripľavka, trsteniarik malý, volavka purpurová. In the surrounding bocage, strakoš obyčajný, škovránik stromový,kaňa popolavá are also nesting.
In winter, the pond can be hosting kačica chrapka, chochlačka sivá, chochlačka vrkočatá, kačica hvizdárka and several vagrants. The place is also really great in times of migration with lots of passerines in the hedgerows and waterfowl on the pond.
