Description
Barrage d'Orme is especially interesting for wintering and passing water birds, it is also a wetland site. You can see many species of waterfowl like chochlačka sivá, chochlačka vrkočatá or potápač veľký. The surrounding meadows are home to the classic procession of grassland birds like hvizdák veľký or pŕhľaviar červenkastý. The forest near the dam is home to a colony of volavka popolavá and one can observe there woodpeckers such as the tesár čierny.

Français: Il s'agit d'un barrage sur la Saône, la partie aval du barrage attire de nombreux oiseaux en hiver et en période de migration. Le site est surtout intéressant pour les oiseaux d'eau hivernant et de passage, il s'agit d'ailleurs d'un site wetland.
