The Bruksviken area is an important water bird area where many waterfowl nest during the summer. Migrating birds also like to rest here which offers a chance to spot a wide variety of birds in the area. bernikľa veľká, bernikľa bielolíca, hus divá, labuť veľká, labuť spevavá, kačica chrapka and volavka popolavá can be seen during migration season and sometimes waders like brehár hrdzavý, hvizdák veľký and kalužiak tmavý stop by too. beluša veľká and lyskonoh úzkozobý have been sighted here a few times as well.
