Description
Thorsminde is a small town on Denmark’s west coast. From the beach you can observe seabirds flying over the sea, such as sula biela, and resting and migrating sea ducks like turpan čierny, as well as waders and gulls flying low over the water or resting on the stone jetties. Skuas and divers, such as pomorník príživný and potáplica stredná, are also regularly observed.
Apart from migrating terns, it is also worth taking a look at the surf zone, where you can regularly find dead and sometimes ringed birds, such as dead norec tenkozobý.
