There is an island/peninsula which is a popular bird roost Species seen include červenák karmínový, kanárik poľný, škovránik stromový, vrabec poľný, chochlačka morská, šabliarka modronohá, krutohlav hnedý, včelárik zlatý, volavka purpurová, chochlačka bielooká, kaňa stepná and kaňa močiarna. Note: As of 2022 the website says 'temporarily closed'. Unclear if this applies only to fishing, or all visitors.
