Description
Many birds that come to L'étang de l'Ilé especially during the nesting periods. During migration periods it is also a resting area for migrating birds. Species observed among others: kačica chrapka, brehuľa hnedá, chochlačka vrkočatá, haja tmavá, drozd čvíkota, čajka smejivá, potápka chochlatá, močiarnica mekotavá, kačica lyžičiarka, kačica hvizdárka, kačica divá, bernikľa veľká, kormorán veľký, beluša veľká, volavka popolavá, kalužiačik malý, labuť veľká and many others.

Access
The lake is located on the edge of the national road 83, at the roundabout at the exit of Etalle towards Florenville. There is parking at the entrance to the site. Access to the edges of the pond is prohibited, except between the two observatories, so as not to disturb the many birds. Click on the P on the map to get directions.
