Historical architecture combined with the natural landscape: open ponds and reedy bodies of water, forests and grassland in the neighbourhood.
The 12 hectares of the area consist of four former fish ponds in the Molenbeek valley. The ponds have been managed in a nature-friendly way for ten years. They are a good place to make the first spring observations of potápka malá , potápka chochlatá , rybárik riečny , trsteniarik bahenný , kormorán veľký . During the winter half-year, in addition to modest numbers of chochlačka vrkočatá, chochlačka sivá, kačica chrapka are present. Other species are seen to a lesser extent kačica chripľavka, kačica lyžičiarka, kačica chrapačka , bučiačik močiarny.
In recent years many rareties were seen during migration, like potápka čiernokrká, potápka červenokrká, bučiak veľký, kúdeľníčka lužná, turpan čierny ,čaplička vlasatá.
