The Bregenzerachmündung a is river mouth (Natura 2000) with two platforms where to see many different waterbirds like kulík riečný, kalužiak sivý and rybárik riečny. Rarer bird species are for example krutohlav hnedý, kulík piesočný and others. It's also a wonderful area for making walks in the forest.

Bus-stations near the spot are "Bregenz Wocherhafen" and "Hard Strandbad". You can only enter the area by foot, but you aren't allowed to go into the protected area. Click on a P in the map for directions.
