Description

In winter there are thousands of ducks and Лебедь-кликун at RSPB Ouse Washes. It's a magical spectacle. Чибис, Травник and Бекас breed in spring and the area attracts good passage migrants in spring and autumn. Серый журавль are often seen year round and gather from autumn in flocks of nearly 100 if you're lucky to see them. It's out the way so usually quiet with minimal disturbance. Other birds that can be observed are Щёголь, Чернозобик, Золотистая ржанка, Болотный лунь, Большой веретенник, Чирок-трескунок and Американский лебедь and a great variety of ducks.
