Description

Mwnt has nesting Черноголовый чекан, Клушица and Луговой конёк. Каменка in spring and autumn. Wintering birds can include Горихвостка-чернушка, divers, Чистик. Look out to sea for dolphins, porpoise, sea ducks, shearwaters, skuas and Северная олуша. Grey seals use the beach for pupping in autumn.

Turn west off main Cardigan-Aberystwyth road (very busy road). The car park is reached after 3 miles of singletrack road.
