Description

Holkham Park is open all year. The park grounds can have Юрок and Малый пёстрый дятел. Northward to the Holkham National Nature Reserve, there are thousands of wintering Короткоклювый гуменник, and smaller numbers of Белолобый гусь, Чёрная казарка, Пуночка and Рюм, plus possibility of auks, Северная олуша , shearwaters, divers and sea ducks offshore.

Autumn migrants can include Зарничка, Корольковая пеночка, Ястребиная славка, Малая мухоловка and Серый сорокопут.

Mammals in Holkham Park include Fallow, Roe and Muntjac Deer, Brown Hare, Fox, and Badger.

Access

Holkham is on the A149 road, 25 km (16 miles) east of Hunstanton. Car park a half mile northward at visitor centre at end of minor road. Click on the P in the map to get directions. Note that there is a naturist beach to the westward of the visitor centre.
