One small hide which you can go in on every Thursday and the last sunday of every month. Or you can subscribe and then you can go there any day you want.
Gadespring is the site of a former watercress farm located in the Boxmoor and Chaulden area of Hemel Hempstead. Gadespring Cressbeds are a great place to sit and look out for Обыкновенный зимородок. If you are lucky you can also sometimes see Водяной пастушок and water voles.
The four acre site is situated on the south side of Chaulden Meadow, between Camelot Rugby Club’s pitches and the Grand Union canal. You can either park up the road in the rugy car park (free) or you can also go down Old Fishery Lane and there is a small car park there where you can park. You can also cycle or walk down very easily. It isn't a very big reserve and the hide has a specific place for those who need wheelchairs.
