Hedgerows, field edges and gardens good for migrants in right conditions. Nice sandy beach and tidal rockpools.
East Haven is a small coastal village that has a long history of migrant finds. In right conditions you can find passerine migrants around the hedgerows, field edges and gardens. Birds observed in the past have included Пепельная чечётка, Садовая овсянка, Красноголовый королёк, Зарничка and Ястребиная славка. East Haven is good for seawatching too. And the beach and tidal rockpools are good for passage waders, gulls (Малая чайка in autumn), terns and seabirds.
