Description

Dartmeet acts as a meeting point of the two major tributaries of the River Dart which are the East Dart and the West Dart. The Dartmeet area is known for its high number of stepping stones on which you can cross the rivers when the water levels are relatively low. Nice area to combine a beautiful walk with birdwatching. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Оляпка, Горная трясогузка, Деряба, Московка, Черноголовая гаичка, Ворон, Обыкновенная овсянка, Обыкновенный поползень and Черноголовый чекан. Note that in summer it can be crowded along the river and on the paths.
