Description
Fysingen nature reserve has almost 100 breeding species and is a popular birding destination for it's waders, geese and other waterbirds. But also to see birds of prey. The beach meadows with mighty reed belts are bird protection areas and also rich in birds.
Болотный лунь can be seen flying low over the reeds, but you can also see birds of prey such as Чеглок, Пустельга обыкновенная, Зимняк and Скопа. The Орлан-белохвост has its nest on the island Stora Kyngan in the middle of the lake. You can also hear the honking of Большая выпь and the Обыкновенный соловей sings through the night. Other nice birds you might see are Обыкновенная чечевица, Гоголь, Луток, Серый журавль, Дроздовидная камышевка, Турухтан and Щёголь.
