Beautiful hike from the village of Serradilla to the Garganta del Fraile gorge with its waterfall. Along the trail, you can observe many different bird species, such as Иберийская сорока, Красноголовый сорокопут, Короткоклювый хохлатый жаворонок, Хохлатый жаворонок, Черноголовый чекан, Обыкновенная зеленушка and Воронок. Watch out for the Белоголовый сип resting on the power poles. You can also hear Южный соловей, Черноголовый щегол, Удод and Золотистая цистикола. Look up to see Белоголовый сип, Красный коршун and other birds of prey. At the rest area at the waterfall you have a convenient opportunity to observe Белоголовый сип on the rocks. Золотистая щурка are also often present in the area.

Access
The Sendero de la Garganta del Fraile starts in the village of Serradilla. Access is only possible by car. There's a parking lot in Serradilla. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. In the village you'll also find bars and cafes. The circular walk is about 9 km. You can also drive to the waterfall by car on a gravel road.
