Description
Punta de Sa Pedrera is an easily accessed area of rocky coastline with excellent views of the area. Синий каменный дрозд can be seen in the scrub around the top of the cliffs below which Сапсан breeds. Короткоклювый хохлатый жаворонок can also bee seen in the area.
During migration large numbers of hirundines and swifts can pass overhead and the occasional wader can drop onto the shoreline. It's also worth checking the area for passerine migrants such as Луговой чекан and Обыкновенная горихвостка. Offshore Средиземноморская чайка and Чайка Одуэна are easily seen and when there is sufficient wind both Средиземноморский буревестник (подвид diomedea) and Обыкновенный буревестник can be seen in San Antonio bay. Хохлатый баклан is also present in good numbers.
