Schukinskiy peninsula (Щукинский полуостров) is a peninsula in the Moskva river in the western outskirts of Moscow. The area can be interesting throughout the whole year, while in winter it hosts Турпан and other different ducks and loons. In summer, Обыкновенная чечевица and Зелёная пеночка can be found here among other common breeding species.
