Description
The Jezioro Dominickie lake is of importance for many birds. This 384 hectare reservoir is connected by a system of canals with other nearby lakes. Geese (with a predominance of Серый гусь), Лысуха and various species of ducks (including Синьга and Турпан), as well as Краснозобая гагара and Чернозобая гагара, Чомга, Черношейная поганка, Красношейная поганка and Луток winter in great numbers. Access
Observations are best made from the southern side of the lake (also due to sunlight). An unpaved pedestrian and bicycle path runs along the lake shore.
