Description
Lågendeltaet Naturreservat is an inland delta and a very important migration location. Large and varied with shallow water area, islands, canals, beach meadows, swamp and arable land. In the spring, when the water is low, many waders, ducks and other migrating species rest in this delta. Among the birds you can see here are Чернозобая гагара (sometimes in groups), Скопа, Чирок-трескунок, Малый зуёк, Орлан-белохвост and Гоголь.

Easy to reach from Lillehammer. Many paths or roads encircle the area. There is a birdwatching tower (best light in the morning) and some other good observation points.
