Description
The area is easily accessible with a walking path around the two lakes. It is unique to have such an area so close to the city. Common reedbirds like Камышевка-барсучок, Тростниковая овсянка and Тростниковая камышевка breed in the reedbeds. Other birds that can be heard or seen are Большой веретенник, Пеганка, Шилоклювка, Колпица and Варакушка. Numerous geese and duck species can be seen.
The unpaved trails lead right past puddles full of waders and geese. The Чибис stunt around you to divert attention from their nests.
