Description
In the lower wooded part of the Magaro Mountain area, Central European woodland species can be expected, including Снегирь, Малый пёстрый дятел, tits and others. As soon as you leave the tree line behind, classic species of the high mountains can be observed, including Скальная ласточка, Рюм, Пёстрый каменный дрозд, Альпийская галка and Горный конёк. There are regular sightings of the elusive and sought-after Европейская каменная куропатка. In addition, Полевой жаворонок, Черноголовый чекан, Луговой чекан and Деряба can be found on the plains. It is worth keeping an eye on the sky to look for raptors such as Обыкновенный осоед and Змееяд.
