Various hiking trails lead from Camping Lackenhauser into the woods. Many birds can be seen both on the campsite and in the woods and fields around the campsite. Surprisingly nice species! Among the many birds you can see here are Европейский вьюрок, Клёст-еловик, Обыкновенный осоед, Чиж and different birds of prey.

Access
Parking on the camping 'Lackenhauser' or in the surrounding area. Click on the P in the map for directions. Be sure to walk from the campsite along the river Gegenbach towards the Austrian border. During this beautiful walk, especially look up for Обыкновенный осоед, Канюк and Красный коршун.The circular walk indicated on the map is about 2 km.
