Description
The Baddeckenstedt Teiche are ponds that are located in the nature reserve Mittleres Innerstetal, about 6 km east of the Derneburg ponds. Numerous waterfowl breed here, including around 15 pairs of Малая поганка , 1-2 pairs of Черношейная поганка and, for the first time in 2010, a pair of Серощекая поганка. Occasionally, Чомга also breed. In addition to Кряква and Лебедь-шипун, Хохлатая чернеть, Красноголовый нырок and Серая утка are at home here.
