Description
Marais de la Vergne has multiple viewing spots. The area provides very decent marsh species specialties during spring: Варакушка , Соловьиный сверчок , Большая выпь , Болотный лунь , Скопа and Каравайка. The area is unfortunately heavily hunted in winter. During this season it is best to visit Terre d'Oiseaux, about 10km north (see www.birdingplaces.eu/birdingplaces/france/terres-doiseaux), although one can have a chance to see Обыкновенный ремез.
