In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include Обыкновенный зимородок, Камышевка-барсучок, Тростниковая овсянка, Болотный лунь and Водяной пастушок. As a migratory stopover, Скопа and Большая выпь are noted. In the woodlands Малый пёстрый дятел and Иволга are regularly observed.

Access
Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
