Description

Etang de Montiacreis is quite a large lake in the Brenne. Numerous ducks and wading birds can be observed in the autumn and breeding birds in the spring. The lake has no observatory. You have to park on the side of the road to overlook the reedbeds.

From Saint Michel en Brenne take the D44 towards Rosnay, 300 meters on the right after the D17A.
