This large pond is home to nice nesting species as Красноносый нырок, Красноголовый нырок, Хохлатая чернеть, Серая утка, Камышевка-барсучок, Рыжая цапля. In the surrounding bocage, Обыкновенный жулан, Лесной жаворонок,Луговой лунь are also nesting.
In winter, the pond can be hosting Чирок-свистунок, Красноголовый нырок, Хохлатая чернеть, Свиязь and several vagrants. The place is also really great in times of migration with lots of passerines in the hedgerows and waterfowl on the pond.
