Description

In the heart of the Plaine du Forez on the banks of the Loire lies the Ecopôle du Forez. A great place for birdwatching. Old gravel pits converted into ponds and alluvial forest with trails and hides. There are 5 hides and also a natural reserve exhibition. Guided tours are available. Birds you can see here are Иволга, Обыкновенный зимородок, Малая белая цапля, Чёрный коршун, Воронок, Береговушка, Чирок-свистунок, Красноносый нырок, Широконоска and Красноголовый нырок.
