Description
This is one of the (or maybe even thé) best site for observing hundreds of Серый журавль in Western Europe. They tend to fly towards or from the lake in early morning and evening between November and February. Suprisingly, it's quite a scarcely visited area with only the occasional cyclist, jogger and, of course, a birder coming by.

Access
From the village, just walk up to the Digue and find a good place to overlook the lake. Personally, I would recommend one of the vantage points as seen on the map.
