Kaidanpään Lintutorni is a bird observation tower that offers a great vantage point for observing various bird species. You can see waterfowl, herons, and have a good chance to hear Большая выпь and Водяной пастушок. Орлан-белохвост can be seen hunting all year round. Other birds you can observe in the area include Лебедь-кликун, Широконоска, Свиязь, Чирок-свистунок, Хохлатая чернеть, Луток, Большой крохаль, Чомга, Серый журавль, Турухтан, Бекас, Фифи, Травник, Чеграва, Речная крачка, Скопа, Болотный лунь, Большой пёстрый дятел, Чеглок, Московка, Хохлатая синица, Усатая синица, Камышевка-барсучок, Тростниковая камышевка, Лесной конёк and Обыкновенная овсянка.

Kaidanpään Lintutorni is located in Masku, which is about 25 kilometers northwest of the city of Turku. You can reach the area by local bus but then you still have to walk some kilometers. So best to go there is with car or by bicycle. There is small parking place where the path to birding tower starts. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. From the parking you have to walk about 1 km to the observation tower.
