Description
On the peninsula of Enebærodde you pass deciduous forest and spruce forest planted in the 19th century, and you see Funen's largest heathland with heather and juniper bushes that have given the headland its name. Towards Odense Fjord there are bird sanctuaries. You also see Galloway cattle grazing on the headland. There is a large population of vipers on Enebærodde, and they sunbathe in the sand. Among the birds you can encounter are Пестроносая крачка, Речная крачка, Полярная крачка, Обыкновенная гага, Гоголь, Длинноносый крохаль, Золотистая ржанка, Большой кроншнеп, Чернозобик, Галстучник, Кулик-сорока and Малый веретенник. But many more, see the birdlist below.
