Description
This area along the Vltava River is not a very beautiful place, but you can find some interesting birds there and there are many ducks and swans on this part of the river. Мандаринка is common. Also common are Хохлатая чернеть, Малая поганка, Лебедь-шипун, Кряква, Озерная чайка, Обыкновенный зимородок, Горихвостка-чернушка and Зелёный дятел. In winter Хохотунья and Большой баклан are regulars. If you have a bit of luck, you can also find Серая утка. In the winter, some rarer ducks like Широконоска, Свиязь, Гоголь, Большой крохаль or Красноносый нырок can be found there.

This area of the river is located 8 km south from the city center of Prague. Easy to reach from Prague by tram.
