During winter and spring the wetland and meadows of Reymere en Paardenweide are good feeding and resting grounds for geese and ducks including Белощекая казарка, Шилохвость, Чирок-трескунок, Пеганка, Свиязь and Чирок-свистунок. Also many other birds. For example Обыкновенный зимородок, Малый пёстрый дятел, Чибис and Малый зуёк.
