Description
The Schlatzingeraue Natur Park is located in the center of the Maltatal and consists of a small resting area surrounded with wet grasslands and forests next to the river. A small track leads you around the grassland and next to the river, where species such as Горная трясогузка and Оляпка can be seen. Small patches of bushes and scattered trees are great for songbirds, like Славка-черноголовка and Обыкновенная пищуха and woodpeckers, like Большой пёстрый дятел.
The grassland has several patches with bushes in which species, such as Славка-мельничек, can be found. With a bit of luck, a Обыкновенный жулан might show up here too! The forests, mainly pine, are great for species such as Хохлатая синица, Московка and Красноголовый королёк. Also, fairly large numbers of Кедровка can be found here too!

The area has been appointed as resting area and provides a parking lot and several picknick areas. There's a small path surrounding the wet grassland area and next to the river.
