Description

A circular walk at Cinderford Linear Park takes one through dense woodland, scrubland, lakeside and reedbed areas. The paths are firm and suitable for wheelchairs. One may see Stârc cenușiu, Rață mare, Fâsă de pădure by the lakes and Sitar de pădure, Uliu păsărar, Țiclean, Cojoaică de pădure, Caprimulg and Ciocănitoare pestriță mică further afield. The walks shown are both about 2 km.

Steam Mills lake to the north is too disturbed by fishing to be useful, but Lightmoor Pool is worth a visit.
