A hotel surrounded by great green landscapes and adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea. A good place for birding when situated in the area.
The Club Asteria Belek is a hotel located on the southwestern coast of Turkey. It's surrounded by lots of green landscapes, being mainly golf courses and a river, which makes it a perfect environment for nice birding when in the area. A beautiful bird found in the area, and even the symbol of the Belek region, is the Strigă. Common species found around the resort are Pupăză, Bulbul cu ochelari, Turturică, Sfrâncioc cu mască and Pietrar sur. During migration, anything can turn up here. On the beaches, you have a chance of seeing Pescăruș cu picioare galbene, waders and typical shorebirds.
You can park your car at the resort. There are plenty of walking trails.
