Etang de la Brena is a small lake where it is easy to observe birds on the North West side of Lake Neuchatel. It's a place to see more common birds like Rață pestriță, Rață mare, Corcodel mare, Lișiță, Găinușă de baltă and Lebădă de vară. But also a chance on Rață cu ciuf and Ferestraș mare.

Litorrail / Bas des Allés stop, follow the small road alongside STEP, go under the A5 motorway bridge, turn left (approx. 30 m.) You can walk around the lake.
