Description
The Embouchure de la Broye nature reserve is a small wetland with a breeding colony of Chiră de baltă , and single pairs of Stârc pitic and Lăcar mare. It is especially interesting during migration when a variety of waders (including Fluierar de munte , Fugaci de țărm , Fugaci mic and occasionally Fugaci roșcat and Fugaci pitic ) and terns ( Chirighiță neagră, Pescăriță mare and Chirighiță cu obraz alb ) make a stop over.

The area is easily accessed by car. There is a public car parking place (free). On sunny days in summer the area can become quite crowded.
