Las Fuentes del Marqués is a natural area located very close to the urban area of Caravaca de la Cruz, which offers a diverse birdlife in a small space.
Las Fuentes del Marqués is a small forest area, which is crossed by a river, has rest areas and also restaurants a few meters away. The area is housing a great diversity of species, highlighting: Ciocănitoare pestriță mare, Ghionoaie verde, Grangur, Pițigoi de brădet or Cojoaică cu degete scurte among other species.

Espagnol: Las fuentes del Marqués es un paraje natural situado muy cerca del casco urbano de Caravaca de la Cruz, que ofrece una avifauna diversa en un espacio reducido. El area es una pequeña zona forestal, que es atravesada por un río, posee areas de descanso y también restaurantes a escasos metros, albergando una gran diversidad de especies, destacando: Ciocănitoare pestriță mare , Ghionoaie verde , Grangur , Pițigoi de brădet o Cojoaică cu degete scurteentre otras especies.
Access is by road, until you reach a parking lot of considerable dimensions. The area should certainly be explored on foot, and very slowly, since is is only a small area but home to a large number of birds.
